Terms & Conditions:

1. Participants must complete the Cashback Raffle Form at the Hitcheed Cashback Registration Booth to be eligible for the raffle.
2. All winners are drawn from the same participant pool.
3. Total cashback at the event is $30,000, allocated across 16 May 2026 and 17 May 2026.
4. Only participants who have made a transaction at a participating vendor are eligible to win from the $30,000 pool.
5. The initial $8000 on 16 May 2026 will be distributed in allocation of $3000 for the first 3 winners & $5000 until depleted.
6. The additional $22,000 on 17 May 2026 will be distributed in allocation of $10,000 for the first 10 winners & $12,000 until depleted.
7. Each of the 13 qualifying couples is entitled only to the deposit amount stated on their Cashback Raffle Form; if that amount exceeds $1,000, the maximum payable cashback is $1,000.
8. The remaining prize pool of $5,000 for Day 1 and $12,000 for Day 2 will be distributed until the prize pool is fully depleted. For example, if the first winner announced on Day 1 claims $2,000, the remaining balance will be $3,000. If the second winner’s raffle ticket is valued at $4,000, they will only be entitled to claim the remaining balance of $3,000.
9. If a selected winner is not present at any of the draw time, they are ineligible and no redraw will occur.
10. Vendors are not allowed to collect cashback prizes on behalf of participants.
11. Every transaction of a minimum of $500 would allow the couple to receive one Cashback Raffle Form.
12. Only one raffle ticket number is allowed per couple per vendor.
13. An additional transaction on the same vendor will not result in another raffle ticket number. However, the amount spent on the same vendor must be combined in one raffle ticket. 
14. The amount recorded on the Cashback Raffle Form must reflect the amount paid at Wedding Wonderland to a single vendor (not the total in any quotation).
15. Only the amount shown on the Cashback Raffle Form is considered when awarding cashback—not any other total spend.
16. Each Cashback Raffle Form entitles the participant to one prize in the draw.
17. Prizes must be claimed within two weeks of announcement; unclaimed prizes are forfeited.
18. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, social welfare contributions, and fees.
19. All decisions made by HITCHEED Group are final.
20. HITCHEED Group reserves the right to alter, change, or revise these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
21. HITCHEED Group has the final decision on any disputes.
22. Participation in the Cashback Grand Prize draw indicates acceptance of all Terms & Conditions above.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Each couple is eligible ONLY ONCE for the vouchers.. 
2. All taxes, social welfare funds and any fees that may apply will be borne by the winner.
3. All decisions made by HITCHEED Group are final.
4. HITCHEED Group reserves the right to alter, change, or revise the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
5. HITCHEED Group reserves the right of final decision in any case of disputes.
6. By joining the Grand Prize Draw, the participant has agreed to all the Terms & Conditions.
